From registration to delivery — everything is handled in a few simple steps.

Prices & Stock

Create a free B2B account to access current prices, available stock and product details. After registration, you can immediately see how many units are available, master carton quantities and carton dimensions.

Choose Your Products

Browse the available assortment and add the products you need to your cart. Mix different products freely — whether you need 10 pieces, 1,000 pieces or several different SKUs.

Place Your Order

Add your products to the cart and complete checkout. Once we calculate the shipping cost, we will send a Proforma Invoice to your email with the full order and delivery costs.

No payment is required during checkout.

Pay the
Proforma Invoice

Once you receive the Proforma Invoice by email, complete the payment by bank transfer. After we confirm your payment, we will prepare your order for dispatch.

Payment is made after the Proforma Invoice is issued.

Once your payment is confirmed, we dispatch your order within 24–48 hours. After dispatch, you receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment. We deliver across Europe.

How can I see your prices and stock?

Register for a free B2B account and you will immediately see current product prices, available stock and product details.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Europe, including Germany, France, Bulgaria, Czechia and Belgium, as well as other European countries.

How long will I wait for my order?

We dispatch orders within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Delivery within Europe typically takes around 2–3 days.

How do I pay for my order?

After you place your order, we calculate the shipping cost and send a Proforma Invoice to your email. The invoice includes your products and delivery costs. You can then pay by bank transfer. We dispatch the order after payment is confirmed.

Can I place a test order?

Yes. If you are just starting to work with ADAMANTA, you can begin with a smaller order and test the products before scaling up. We also process smaller quantities for first orders.
