Application:

Headaches (gently rub the sore spots)
Runny nose (do not rub the oil into the irritated areas of the mouth and nose)
Rheumatism (rub into the sore areas)
Influenza, colds, inflammation of the respiratory tract (rub the chest and back)
Insect bites (rub it on the bite sites ).
Do not use in children under 3 years of age.
